apparently when you own 12 domestic rabbits, the people in your neighborhood assume you know how to care for wild baby rabbits as well. last night we got a knock at our door and were presented with a baby rabbit that was a few weeks old, she had been in the mouth of a cat and they had rescued her from the cat. one of our rabbits that lives inside is now protecting her.

ReplyDeleteso so cute, i hope it survives. i am so tired of my cat dragging in little bunnies, birds and squirrels. makes me so mad even though i know she can't help it.
