my plans for the week!
Today marks the start of my favorite part of the summer and also my craziest, the Burlington County Farm Fair! I've been going since I was three years old and every year I get more and more attached and involved. This year will be my last year performing with the cloggers and the first year I will be in charge of the antique tractor parade which just happens to be my favorite part of the fair. Here are some pictures from previous years.

dont count your chickens before they've hatched
Today I had a job interview that looked very promising. After searching all summer I thought I had found a job with decent pay and it would be easy, watching dogs. However when I went for the interview no one was at the house and after waiting 15 minutes, the search continued on, I am still on the search for a job after 3 months. So if I had gotten the job these are somethings I had my eye on to buy:
1. nude pumps from target, 2. blue tshirt dress from ruche, 3. coral cardigan from old navy, 4. bow earrings from anthropologie and 5. tea cup saucer earrings from anthropologie

Summer Goals
No matter how many lists I make it seems that I never complete all of the goals I have for myself for over the summer. This summer I hope to
- clean out and organize my desk at home
- organize the white shelf in my room
- clean out my closet and dressers
- work on a collage I've been thinking alot about
- painting a bookshelf for my apartment at school
- putting pictures in the empty frames that I own
- organizing bracelet-making supplies
- attempting new crafts
- make a wedding scrapbook
- put my disney pictures in the autograph book from last year
- finishing cleaning my room
- getting stuff together for my apartment at school
When I finally complete some of these projects I'll make sure to share pictures.

explanation behind my blog name
You've Got Mail with Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks has been my favorite movie since as long as I can remember. Any romance movie with Meg Ryan is a hit in my books. This one just stands out in particular. I think the script is amazing and the aimless banter on the back and forth emails between the main characters is just for lack of words amazing. I could watch it over and over again and if someone had returned it to me I would have already watched it multiple times this summer, I never tire of it. And in relation to that, daises happen to be my favorite flower. In the movie there is a quote that I always remember:
Kathleen Kelly (Meg Ryan's character): I love daisies.
Joe Fox (Tom Hanks' Character) : You told me.
Kathleen Kelly: They're so friendly. Don't you think daisies are the friendliest flower?
I'm not quite sure what it is about the quote but I just love it.

the very first post.
a little bit about myself, i have a huge obsession with sundresses of all kinds and I constantly am looking to buy them even if I do not have the money to buy them. If it was possible and sometimes I make it possible, I would wear sundresses or a dress of any sort 365 days out of the year. What makes it worse is when I shop online and find a dress I have been stalking is on sale. You should also know I have a special weakness for anything Old Navy. Recently I've been coveting these lovelies:
from top to bottom: 1. j.crew, not exactly a sundress but gorgeous all the same. 2. and 3. old navy I love the grey stripes. 4. forever 21 strapless and a pretty floral print whats not to love!
